CNC are pleased to announce the expansion of our support hours from 7:30am to 8:00pm. This will be offered free to ServiceDesk customers only.
With shift working and globalisation on the increase many businesses are now operating outside of the traditional 9 to 5 work pattern and rely on their IT during this time as much as any other.
For this reason CNC have introduced an extension of our opening hours for remote and telephone support. This service will initially only be open to our ServiceDesk customers, further enhancing the value that this managed service brings to those clients.
So, for those situations where one of your primary server’s need to be rebooted, or an employee who cannot log on in the evening, you can be assured that CNC are at the end of the phone to resolve the issue there and then.
