- Priority telephone response via the CNC Support Desk
- Deployment of remote support tools for rapid diagnosis and fix
- ServerGuard - proactive Server Monitoring, diagnosis and fix service
- Escalation to Rapid Response On-site engineers if required
- Fixed fee per annum
- Full parts & labour included in the price
- Annual site visits
To accommodate the individual needs of our clients, ServerCare is available in 4 grades - Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum with varying service levels and service components.
