
Pre-Pay
A key competitive differentiator of small businesses is adaptability and flexibility to market demands. Frequently, this requires immediate response to take advantage of windows of opportunity. As a key enabler of business, often the IT requirements of the company jump from low to high priority in response to customer requirements.
Many small businesses IT functions comprise of 1 or 2 employees, often non-dedicated and with IT management simply as one of many responsibilities. This resource can be stretched in an attempt to keep pace with the business and this is where CNC’s Pre-pay support option can be a useful option.
Our pre-pay option is available for those clients who require an occasional support service, as a backup for existing on-site IT resource or for occasional trouble shooting and project work.
Clients pay an initial deposit into an account where it is held until CNC services are utilised. If you don’t use our services you won’t be charged.
Pre-Pay can be used for any CNC resource including:
- Calls to the Support Desk for problem diagnosis and fix
- Reactive engineer on-site visits
- Consultancy and project work – Network Health-checks, Network Refresh, Server Migration etc
Using this option, CNC becomes a consultancy partner of your IT department and can provide knowledge and resource for new projects and cover during holiday periods.
Pre-pay operates on a best endeavour policy with our ServerGuard and ServiceDesk clients receiving top priority. As such it is not suitable for mission critical infrastructure and the aforementioned service offerings should be considered for these elements of your network.
