Infrastructure Health Check

What is it?
A comprehensive examination of your current network carried out by senior engineers on your site

Why do I need it?
Is your IT doing what you want it to do?
Is it’s performance maximised?
Does it pose any risks to the business in its present guise?

Useful if:
You’re planning or don’t know if you need to upgrade your network
You’re planning to tender out for services that require network information (e.g external support)

What does it give me?
A detailed documented breakdown of your existing infrastructure such as PC’s, Servers, Network infrastructure
Clearly identified issues if any found and the risks they pose to the business
Initial recommendations for how to progress your network is desired
A starting point for aligning IT with your business strategy


Infrastructure Refresh

Following an Infrastructure Health Check the client and CNC are then in a position to address these recommendations - updating and modernising the IT Infrastructure – what we call an Infrastructure Refresh - across the following network components:
