ServerGuard is CNC’s 24x7 server monitoring tool that provides the basis for maximum server uptime. ServerGuard uses an agent based system that installs on the client server. Servers are then polled by the system and any issues identified are flagged.
CNC Technicans are immediately alerted via the ServerGuard screen within the Support Desk and proactive action is taken to ensure these issues do not become critical problems leading to a server crash.
